We Work to Ensure the Best Possible Financial Outcomes for Our Team 

  • TRCS has increased its salary schedule more than any school or district in the region from 2021-present.  We’ve gone from having the lowest starting salary in the region to the highest starting salary in that same period. 
  • This year, the TRCS Board of Directors approved a $100,000 one-time bonus for all TRCS staff.  Certified teachers each received a one-time bonus of $2000 and all classified employees (drivers, kitchen staff, support personnel, etc.) received a one-time bonus of $1500 in December. 
  • 91% of our employees “would recommend TRCS as a good place to work” based on our most recent Teaching and Learning Conditions in Colorado (TLCC) survey (2024).  
  • TRCS pays in full for CEBT PPO7 health benefits for each individual full-time employee.  Employees all have the ability to add dependents and spouses to their plans or to upgrade their health benefits package.
